I visited Brandani’s Restaurant and Wine Bar in Missouri City, Texas on August 5, 2017, and was lucky enough to catch up with proprietor, Claire Brandani, and this is what she had to say:  Both she and Husband Ron grew up in the restaurant industry and created many of their recipes at home.  The husband and wife team have been in business for two in a half years, and when asked what they like their customers to form their dining experience, Claire said memories of fun staff, consistently delicious food, full bellies, and a strong sense of the culture of the restaurant.  And by the way, this is by far my favorite restaurant because of the family-oriented atmosphere, and professionalism of the staff, and the fact that the staff knows most of their customers on a first name basis.  The most popular item on the menu is the pan roasted chicken!
